97LC, small oil leak, Sacramento valve (1 Viewer)

I have a 97 LC with 215k and have 2 questions.
1. I have a small oil leak somewhere in the front of the engine and I am not able to locate it.
2. I do not know if the valves have ever been adjusted and would probably like to have them checked/adjusted. Anyone know a good mechanic in the Sacramento area?

For #1:
You really need to crawl under the truck, take the skid plate off and identify the leak.

Mostly leak from the front crankshaft oil seal.

Anyone know of a good shop in Sacramento for the valve adjust, assuming I may need some replaced shims due to 215k miles?

Up the road in Grass Valley is Luke Porter, owner of 4x4 Labs. Not only does he build awesome stuff for Cruisers, but he also does repairs. I'm not sure if he does valve adjustments? HTH!!
