hey guys so I replced my valve cover and distributor O ring everything seems to be good. But I have an issue now. When I crank the truck it surges to 2k rpm then settles down? I have looked at the vacuum lines and see nothing missing the coolant lines are hooked up the EGR (disc thingy) is hooked up. I did blow in it to see if I could blow crud out. Tried to take the top off, maybe I messed it up? And Ideas? Timing seems ok? It does kind shutter when it turns off? Is the timing off? Any ideas? I recall 4 vacuum lines on the TB, I cleaned the deal out of it. And made sure nothing was stuck in the butterfly. Any help would be great
