I just bought a 95 and I had the codes read today.

P0141
P0135
P0125

I have the records that both of the O2 sensors were replaced 6 months ago. Could the P0125 cause the other two? Not sure why the O2s would be acting up again.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

FSM says:

P0125 = Insufficient Coolant Temp. for Closed Loop Fuel Control

P0135 = Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0141 = Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

These three codes go hand in hand and point to the following Trouble Areas:

- Open or short in heater circuit of heated oxygen sensor
- Heated oxygen sensor heater
- ECM

The service manual suggests checking the resistance of the Heated Oxygen Sensor Connector.

Anyone else want to chime in?? I know many have had O2 sensors go bad, but if they were replaced is there a chance they could go bad again or could it be the connectors??

Were the O2 sensors replaced with Toyota parts? If not, that could be the problem. Most that have used non-OEM O2 sensors have run into wiring problems.
