94 LC wont start. Efi circuit dead and no spark from coil

I have a 94 LC. I changed the head gasket and now she won't start. The EFI circuit is dead and there is no spark from the coil

With the key turned to run, is the CEL on?

no cel what so ever and I'm dead on B+ on the test connector. I do have power at the brass screw in the fuse box. All fuses are good same as the relays. I do have power going to the coil but no spark coming out. I been trying to figure this out for over a week no with no luck. So any help or input would help and I'm thankful for

Is the fusible link good, power to the relay, power, is the connection good at the connector by the distributor?
