I have a 1994 Land Cruiser with 224k miles. It has been my daily driver for the last couple of years. I am the third owner. The second owner bought it with a blown head gasket and found another one with factory lockers while he was having this one fixed. He litterally only owned it a month. I bought it from him with 199k and the I have put on new brake rotors, pads, braided brake lines, new radiator and hoses, power steering pump, and new high preasure power steering hose (it does have 224k on it needed some TLC). I took care of every thing it needed, fixed a small oil leak and I have done a few upgrades; 1" body lift, 4x4 switch and mod so it can be shifted into 4H or 4L. Originally it was auto shift to 4x4. I also put a hitch on from Slee offroad. I installed a Warn 8,000lbs winch, winch mounting plate and modified the factory bumper to except the winch. I also put an aftermarket Kenwood CD player and upgraded the factory speakers with Kicker speakers as the CD didn't work or have aux for ipod. This has been my baby for the last couple years. It is very reliable as a daily driver and a very capable off roader. I had bigger plans for it like aftermarket bumpers, rock sliders, and 37" tires. As you can see from photo the only light on dash is the ABS and there are no ill effects while driving. I would drive it anywhere across the country with no fear at all. I hate to see it go but I don't need it anymore as a daily driver and have another project I would like to free up some cash for. If you want a vehicle with the capability of hauling your family, camping gear and supplies, get you back home, and still be a daily driver you can't find a better vehicle than this Land Cruiser.
