I know you mention you have a slee rear bumper, but does it have the swing arm? Couldn't tell from your pics. Also, any good pics of the hood an roof that show the oxidation?

Do you have the maintenance records for this truck? Looks pretty nice but for that mileage I for one would like to know how its been maintained.
