94 Dyna 4wd button conector

Attempting to safely take the dash board off my 94 Dyna fire truck. Can’t figure out how this connector comes apart and I really don’t want to cause problems with the 4wd. Any ideas?

Normally you press something that disconnects it. You are probably doing that but after nearly 30 years they tend to get stuck together. I spray them with CRC and let them sit.
