Hi guys i am chasing the part name or a different number than shown in the attached photo! The barb has snapped in the hose and i cant seem to locate that part number anywhere or find the part? Would this have an effect on driveability?

The device is called a Gas Filter. The post below calls out the part for 95-97. The 93-94 is a different part that has two nipples/hoses instead of the one shown. Searching with that part name should provide some results for 93-94.

Correct your gas filter is supposed to screw in the intake at that spot and then then small line connects to it.
