I bought this 1992 FJ80 as a none runner. Stock engine 3FE 210,000 miles

It cranks but will not fire. No CEL I've been going through the vehicle cleaning up the rats nest of wiring. Can someone provide a pic or two of the wires from the battery, and the wiring colors and the fusable links. I think the previous person removed the fusable links and it appears that some of the wiring is incorrect.

I'm looking for a picture or two of the wiring at the battery.

I threw up a little in my mouth after looking at that picture.
I suggest you start with the factory FSM and schematics. They give all the information for all the systems on the vehicle.

The OEM fusible links look like this: Fusible Link for 80 Series Land Cruiser
From the looks of things, you'll want this too: Fuseable Link Junction Block for 80 Series Land Cruiser
The 2 separate ring terminals attach to the junction box in your picture, and there should be mating connector for the remaining link. The other end of the assembly attaches to the positive battery terminal.

The chart below is from the FSM and could help you.
