I got my throttle body hose from Thailand for 40 bucks and it's exactly the same as the oem one. Not sure i would bite at this if I had to do it again.

If what you got from Thailand is factory Genuine Toyota parts then that is an unbelievable great price! If it is aftermarket part then you are not comparing apple to apple.
