Hey fellas, For anyone looking to replace their washer bottle on the 91-92 FJ80, I created a thread to show what I did, The original Part Number for the bottle (8532560020) is NA, but I thought I found one on Ebay that looked identical with the front and rear motors so I ordered it coming out of Japan....well 18 days later it's here, and I was so excited because it looked identical till I took the old one out and whataya know, it's not..This thing has a secondary tank hidden in the fender and has a 1 1/8 nipple that feeds a hose to a soft plastic reservoir in the inner apron. So dang....What now....no problem...I can make this work, see below....You can see the new bottle is missing the extra nipple on the lower side.

so here's what I did, I went to west marine and got 2 1 1/8 Thru hull fittings and sacrificed one for the flange nut, cut it down to size and epoxied the flange nut to the thru hull so it would fit down the fill hole and through the 1 1/8 hole I cut in the new bottle, The new bottle actually has an circle imprint exactly where you drill your hole. then I inserted it in the tank with a bead of silicone and put the other flange nut on the draw them both together, After that I cut the nipple down to the right length and let them dry . After that I installed it back in the truck with a fresh clamp and boom!! Brand new OEM washer bottle!!!

Here it is cut to fit and back in the truck, Hope this helps anyone wishing they could replace their old cracked washer bottle and thinking they would n't be able to get one. I could have just omitted the extra tank but I really like having the extra capacity when doing dusty long trips.
