Hi guys from the sunny Caribbean (Dominican Republic)!

I'm a proud owner of one of this old ladies. I have it since six month ago and my truck has a double fuel system... It works with LPG like Australian style, and of course gasoline (petrol for the Australians mattes)... Well, the gasoline system, wasn't working since I have it... I took the risk to start to replace logical pieces to realive the main fuel system... I bought the last week a fuel pump and AFM sensor, I installed today and works at least, BUUT... It has a problem to keep the IDDLE (going down to 400 RPM) stumbling, with a poor combustion and running rich... I need to say that with LPG runs great, normal, nothing compares with gasoline, no stumble, no poor IDDLE no nothing, I know that this will be a long road (and expensive as ****) to have an ok truck, but, I'm in the river and must to swim... What could be the problem? What I need to recheck?

Thanks a lot guys!

I believe ignition timing is set differently with LPG vs gasoline. You may want to research that. Also, are the O2 sensors installed?

Had my wedding in the Dominican Republic. You're quite a lucky person to live there because the place is miraculous. For all the other users just check the photos www.pinkfilm.org/. You won't have any doubts about the place of your future wedding. Especially given the fact that it's ten times cheaper than in the US.
Thanks for the completely useless reply to a technical question. This is not Facebook.

from a translator for the above post

It's not the ignition. We need to watch the petrol supply and the filters. In uneven operation on gasoline-LPG will also work unevenly. I also have gas-gasoline

One is Dead, but it something strange, it ran with gasoline more a less for two weeks with no issue, no black smoke but suddenly starts to throw black smoke at the tail Pipe... i checked the pressure from the fuel pump and FPR and seems ok, anyway, im tired and i will go to a land cruiser specialist work shop here in Dominican Republic. I will post the results!.
