Okay, yes, I'm being lazy, but I figured I'd get a quicker answer by asking...I'm doing my 90k maintenance next week, basically just an oil change, but I'm thinking I should probably do a transmission flush too. I've never done one, so wanted to get your thoughts on that. Also, what about front and rear diffs? I did them both at 30k, so should I do them again?
Anything else you guys can think of? When do most of you do a tune up?

IMHO just follow the suggested factory recommendations.

There's probably nothing quicker than reading the owner's manual ;) It will lead you to the service needed for various uses. No tune-ups on modern vehicles anyway; just spark plug replacement at specified intervals.

Also change out your pcv. Easy and cheap. I had mine replaced at about 90k miles.

Hi, I have a 2011 LX 570 and planning to do a coolant flush or drain/refill.
I know the drain plug below the radiator on passenger side which will empty the radiator. Is there any other nut or valve I need to open on engine block to get some more coolant out of the system for the drain?
I saw some australian videos on LC200 but their system has intercooler and location of plugs seem to be different. If you have any pointers or tips on this, its appreciated.

There are some good video's on this process. There is a drain plug on each side of the block, access through the wheel wells. Draining these along with the radiator gets most of the fluid out. I was able to replace about 3-1/2 gallons this way. I did mine a couple months ago with 108k on it. Coolant coming out looked fine.

There is an excellent video showing how to drain and fill the transmission. It's a bit fiddly but not overwhelming to do. I did mine at about 90k miles.

Diffs should be drained and filled every 30k, if I remember correctly. Although I have yet to do my front as I can't get the fill plug out of it yet.

Not a bad idea to flush the brake fluid if it hasn't been done. I have not done that to my rig yet, although I have sucked the fluid out of the master cylinder and replaced occasionally.

How many miles? The factory stuff is good for 120k if I remember correctly. The passenger side block drain is lined up with the front edge of the spring bucket sticking up off the frame. The driver side is harder to find but buried there under the manifold. once you find the passenger side you’ll know what the fitting looks like. 10mm brass plug sticking out of a larger hex fitting with a spout sticking out the bottom. Just loosen the smaller plug.

Also there is a strong case for not flushing but simply draining and filling, as long as your existing coolant isn’t contaminated or horribly past it’s lifespan. The rear heat lines make it very difficult to get everything out, and whatever you put in to flush will end up diluting your eventual fill of coolant to some extent.

Mine has 137k on it (bought recently) and the coolant doesn't look as pink as it should be. Also the previous owner didn't seem to do regular preventive maintenance.
Thanks for the pointer on the driver and passenger block drain plugs. I didn't find any lc200 or lx570 video mentioning these. Yeah I am not planning a flush, just drain and refill.
