89 fj62 with engine miss at higher rpm

Hey, i am looking for some help on this one. the truck seems to run fine below 3000 rpm once you get it a little above 3k it starts missing. it will not rev past 3-3.5k almost acts like a rev limiter.. i have changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter. i ran the codes and it comes up with no connection on ecm??? can someone shed some light on this? Oh, btw i had a local shop check it out and they say that the o2 sensors are fine and the fuel pressure is good. when it starts missing, the o2 sensors read lean, but the fuel pressure is right where it should be...

My 88 '62 did that at exactly 55 mph, would miss/cutout and run fine below or above 55. No codes thrown, ended up being the thottle position sensor! Had it replaced and have had no problems.
