I have a wrecked 94 Nissan with a strong 4cyl and I'm thinking about putting it in a 86 toyota. Has it been done, is it easy?

Maybe, but why ruin a perfectly good Toyota with a lump from a Nissan?
Whats wrong with your current engine? I would look at replacing it with a similar unit.
Too much BS for tainting with a Nissan 4-banger. Lots of support for 3RZ swap and motors can be sourced pretty cheap.
Mr. Toyoda would come back to life and take the truck away from you before you could swap that Nissan engine. 
Kidding aside even if you have a newer Nissan drivetrain for free the amount of time to make it work is just not worth it and the cost.
