Hi all, I'm new and i'm in need of some help. I'll start with my charging problem. I've installed a new and complete 24v alt from toyota and 2 new batteries, but i continue to lose voltage overnight which results in boosts and very hard starts.
One of the symptoms is one battery is charging at approx. 16v while the other 12v. I don't know if it's related to the voltage drainage problem but i'm guessing yes. BTW the voltage drops to about 9-11v on driver side battery.

I'll park overnight and in the morning it won't start. I boost driver side battery and away it cranks but i still have a hard start. I've cleaned all terminal but i still have a same problem on the driver side battery. Can anyone tell me why?

I also now believe i did something to the glow plug system in an attempt to fix the problem. I'm no longer getting power to the plugs.

Help!
