It's the exact same as far as drilling/tapping. The ONLY difference is that the hoses hook up to the ram opposite that of an IFS box, due to the direction of the pitman arm. You'll need 2 taps b/c you have to cut one of the taps down to get a good tread going. Gust follow the directions, and take your time. It's not a big deal at all.
 
its really more intimidating than it is hard... heck getting the pitman arm off is the toughest part. Just take your time and make sure you clean all the shavings really well. :)

A friend tapped his IFS on his Tacoma and he's up for doing my 60 steering box but he wasn't sure how different it was. Sounds like it's doable.
