I need to let go of my rebuilt 1983 FJ60. I have put a little over 7000 miles on it since the swap and have been driving it everyday. The body is is great shape with minimal rust and minor quarter panel damage on drivers side.

Bringing it to the top with a price drop. Hate to sell it but need something that can pull my 4500lb camper.

Recently replaced:
hubs on both sides with new Aisns
Wiper linkage with new factory Toyota assembly
4 runner wiper arms

Pulls it fine. Stops fine with the brake upgrades and electric brakes. Handles horribly. Have weight distribution hitch, sway control and been careful with tongue weight But every car that goes by jerks the 60 all over the road. Also concerned about being so much above GVWR. Have thought about sway bar in the rear and adding a leaf to the OMEs to go to the heaviest config but not sure if that will get me to feeling safe towing it with the family in the 60.
