Dont have the desire to restore.
Idk what they are going for in this condition, but it's all there, and restorable.

Everything appears to be present. Hole in cover shows no damage on the other side.
I have a fair lead for it. Hawse style.
Have have done zero to this. But I think a couple hundred and some elbow grease and you will have a fine winch.

Good candidate for restoration. Motor and solenoid can be upgraded. Mine was in similar condition before I restored & I purchased for the exact same price.

About 550 for a new motor and solenoid with controller and you'd have a nice setup. Cheaper if you go Chinese motor.
