This bumper is in fairly good condition and has both end caps. Taken off my 92 TLC. Is available to be picked up in Virginia Beach only. Any reasonable offer will be accepted.
 
I live in NY and have researched Greyhound as an inexpensive shipping option. Would you consider wrapping t in cardboard and shipping? $50 plus shipping charge? I believe Greyhound was around $50. Thanks for considering, Sam 518-421-8462
