Maybe a little resizing would have helped ::)

fixed it :flipoff2:

And Shane Barlows truck on the same site has no shocks connected if you look close, and the springs are way out of the seats.

BAd to have unsprung movement with lots of travel, the car can "trip" itsel over, with momentum before the spring takes up.

Nice FJ40Crusher, but those pics have been around for awhile :D, and as Shed mentions, it's a lot of flex, but not the kind I'd want :D

weird pic, doesn't look right to me. either the person standing next to the cruiser is small, or someone had some fun with photoshop. but if it is real, sh*t load of flex. more than i have ever imagined for an 80.

what are these rolls of white plastic sheet-looking affair in front for?

Figured as much, my buddy just forwarded me the site. Photoshop? Maybe, that dude does look a little small now that I look at it.

But, for what it's worth, thought it was a cool pic.

could that be an optical illusion due to really big tires and the slanted body?
E

That RR tire looks like it's making a left turn too

It does look PS'ed. In fact, it looks like the RR tire is in the bucket, but the bucket is behind the small hill there, which would put it way behind where the truck is supposed to be.

[glow=black,2,2]Silly guys ...... it ain't no photoshop chop . Listen to the comments above as to 'why and how' it's acheiving that flex ... :flipoff2:[/glow]

Look like big sections of PVC pipe to hold fishing poles or something.

I'm thinking they are homemade clinometers ...
  • Seal bottom of 3' lengths of PVC tubing
  • Fill each within 4" of top
  • Expose the wiring for the bumper-mounted spotlights
  • Turn on spotlights and begin flexing
  • If a light begins shorting out , you're over flexing

Just let the water slowly spill over the PVC lip , dropping onto the opposing side's spotlight ... simple :)[/glow]
