I have a good condition LSPV valve that doesn't leak and the boot is in good condition with the mounting bracket, the arm and the bracket that attaches to the axle. It came off of 1997 land cruiser that has been in the south its whole life. No rust, although there is some GA clay that may look like rust it is not. $60 shipped.
