I'm out of ideas on this cylinder 6 misfire. Confirmed with mechanic that it is indeed misfiring constantly. However, it's getting 181psi constantly.

Swapped the spark plugs and it stays on cylinder 6. Did a compression test and no blown HG (was done 2 years ago). Cleaned the distributor and replaced the o ring for good measure. Replaced the ECU. Did the egr temp sensor plug kit.

Mechanic thinks it's a stuck exhaust valve. But wanted to see if there were any other ideas it could be before removing the head or having it rebuilt.

Pull the plugs.
Pressurize number 6 with a leak down test kit.
Rotate the crank by hand and listen for the pressure release.
If you have a stuck exhaust valve you will only get one pressure release when the intake valve opens, conversely you'll also hear the pressure release in the exhaust if its opening correctly.

A bad injector will cause a misfire also .
