I know this topic has posted all over the place, but there's one thing I haven't been able to find. Does the taller center console from the 95-97 fit the shorter 91-94? Is it just the top latch part that can be swapped to make the 91-94 version taller?

Yes. I have the leather option on both my '95 and '94. The difference is the lid.
