80-series 1FZ upgrade (1 Viewer)

Guys, recently met some gents who spoke of modifying the 1FZ-FE on the LC80 to whats found on a LC100 with the gear box set up (manual or auto is your choice) My question is will this lead to more torque and hp and can the mod be done without much hassle? Has anyone in GCC tried this? Am interested as in the sand we need more torque and the current set up GB (auto) on my car sucks so i need to change it anyway.

hey there,

iv done it and still going at it. but it works, i just have issues that CAN be solved, need a good garage to be able to do so. can find a proper one, but one day i will. im in Oman Muscat. most of what iv done was in the UAE, Sharja & Al Ain. i switched from FZJ80 Carberator to a FZJ100 EFI

got more of everything, changed alot of things. down to 2 small problems that i find hard to solve due to lack of experts around.
