Black or Dk green 80 lifted black rims (couldy and rainy), looked to be Kaymar rear tire carrier or just the blue Kaymar mount bracket holding the rear tire in place on swing arm. Seen at roughly 3:35pm Monday 10/17 afternoon driving through La Cienega and San Vicente Intersection on La Cienega.
