I am trying to replace a 77bj40 rusty gauge cluster with a 81 gauge cluster. I notice that the 81 has an extra 3 pin connector on the back of it. Can I make this work on a 78bj40? Any advise would be appreaciated.
Thx Inadvance

Did your 77 have turn signals in the cluster? that might be the difference.

Yes, the 77bj40 has the turn signals in the cluster. I'm still not sure if this swap will work. Any body ever tried this ? Thx Mike
