Can anyone assist as to what these two plugs are for?

Drivers Side

passenger side front fender 6 pin green oval sealed double latching YAZAKI Connector :

Emissions Vacuum Routing Box , your is missing .................

the loose 1 pin sealed YAZAKI green double latching locking on passenger side fender igniter goes to a ground or condenser i believe

but , ....

our resident NipponDenso Authority @4Cruisers can confirm or edit my thought on this .............. :)

NOS OEM first generation period correct 1 pin YAZAKI sealed housings ..

Now, in my attempt to learn more...trying to figure out what the condenser is for? Looking at Cruiser Corps I believe I found the part (is this correct?) and since I don't currently have one is it advisable to get one or is there no harm in running w/o one?

That's a different condenser, for points distributors without an igniter. The condenser @ToyotaMatt mentioned is a separate one for taking interference out of your radio signal. Because most older Land Cruisers no longer have radios, it's not required.

i offer both of these NOS Condensers , Light Blue Wire one is for your Igniter assy , and the other darker blue wire one is for ALL Toyota External Voltage Regulators assy's ....
