Do you know if it was a California Spec 1978 or a Federal Spec 1978 vehicle?

Is the Toyota Emission label under the hood Black with white writing (California Emisison Spec) or White with Black lettering (Federal emisison Spec).


It should be on the passenger side of the hood towards the back.

Is that the VSV I see near the top a bit right of center? Could you post a pic of the other side? Any idea if it has the taillight section included?

This has the smog junk,and if you can pick up I will throw in all the vaccum line/linkages for free.At this point I am over it.
