78 fj40/81 toy pickup (1 Viewer)

I have buddy who has an 81 pickup that has a 22r in it......never the less, he wants to sell it to me for super dirt cheap. Is there anything that I can cross onto my 78 FJ40? I know that it is a four speed, not sure anything else....

any info would be helpfull.

not much....if it were me, I'd swap over some front axle parts, keep the birfields as spares, install the better aisin lockouts, keep the t-case for a future doubler doner, then use the balance as a doner for a future rockcrawler....

oh wait...
