I bought two 3 point belts and one lap belt for the front seats from an eBay supplier here in the UK. All made in China.
Very cheap.
The 3 point belts were CE certified, and look like it. Very robust, and would definitely buy again.
The lap belt wasn't CE so shouldn't really be sold here in the first place but might be useful to hold luggage.
Buy an item which is correctly certified for your region (UL?), but buying locally at an inflated price doesn't necessarily mean you're buying a local product or local quality.
