Hygrade carb kit comes with these gaskets for both sides of the insulator. I don't think they were used originally. Should I use them? I'm concerned they might block the vacuum transfer grooves.

I wanted to follow-up on this issue and show a pic. I originally was concerned these gaskets would "smoosh" into the vacuum transfer grooves blocking them off. After looking closer I realized the gaskets supplied in the Hygrade kit do not fully cover the grooves so I ended up not using them at all. Fortunately I had an EGR insulator block laying around that had pretty good integrated gasket surfaces so I used it alone.
