I'm replacing all the tie rod ends on my 76, as well as rebuilding the center arm. I am a clueless monkey and was wondering if anyone has the Toyota FSM pages that show how to do this as PDF's?

Many Thanks!

I tried for a LONG time but could not actually get anything off of there. Still just looking for advice or a page on tie-rod / steering repair for a '76 FJ40.

Thanks, bros!

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the tie rods and center arm are the same as on the earlier models. You might look at Coolerman's site as it has the whole FSM for a 71 and also some good pictures of rebuilding a center arm and more.

Thanks for the link. Awesome site! Looks like the '71 has some real differences from the '76, though.
