75 was the one and only model year the new style door had chrome handles. The chrome one is from a set of doors I bought years ago. The other one is from a 10/75 and only has a plastic coated knob.

There is a tool available to remove the clips. You should be able to buy one at any a/p store.
 
You should also get a set of plastic panel removal tools, such as sold at Harbor Freight to avoid scratching any paint. Trim And Molding Tool Set, 5 Pc.

One will have a point that I used to pull out the clip.

There is a large spring on the shaft behind the door panel. Push in the collar immediately behind the crank arm to see the small spring clip to see its orientation. The piece of t-shirt material will readily grab the arms of the clip when you pull up as in the video above. Have a small screwdriver or the like ready to pull out the clip when the closed end appears.

And were still available new, not long ago.
The jesus clips need to have a close eye kept on them. They are a little wire spring clip....when they go, they are gone.
