Not Worried about that low Pipe getting SMASHED???? 🤔😒
No not at all just going down dirt road and the beach. If it gets hit replace, the pipe goes through the skid plate and needed room for pto shaft, Just a driver

That gets real tight in there with the pto shaft, mine has no room to spare. On the O2 sensor, I was told @ 8 inches from the block would be good. You don't want it too close and not too far either. I'm not aware of any formula to come up with the perfect spot.

O2 placement depends on the system you put in. One TBI setup i had wanted a specific distance from the collector. I would wait to see what your system wants. If you are going off script and adding an oem style then I suggest a lot of research. If it is a heated o2 it can be further away, unheated needs to be closer. Like scraps said there is a sweet spot.

Great thanks for input , On my exhaust I know it hangs down a bit but it is a tight fit and sure it would be nice to be up out of the way just no room with PTO , Going outside the frame not a option Iam just trying to keep this cruiser alive and drive like a SUV thanks again

Update got the used engine to run, ( well it runs could run better) address that later. All new exhaust , Rear drive shaft on, Used seat in so I can push clutch in and it moved 2 feet on its own power it’s been like 15 years . next brakes . Here’s Pics

Nice work!!! Can you please share more details on your transmission bearing puller?

That was just a old puller I had, I ground down the ends to fit in the side holes and grab the edge of bearing, I got lucky if I didn’t cut the back shaft off to replace with a new one I don’t know what I would have done it needed a new shaft good luck

Good job on the doors and what is going on with your back window? Missing parts for now, need glass, etc?
