When I was taking apart m FJ came across the emission control box I think thats what it is callsd has a big plug Its next to the fuse box and its black Can this be omitted when the motor is changed and the tranny as well automatic 350 turbo 4WD w chevy 4.3 V-6 90-93 TBI 2000 hp thx Buz

That box controls the emissions stuff for the 2F engine. It will not be required for the Chevy engine.
