@Grouchy I'm curious to see what you find. Mine crumbled when I re-did my doors a month ago. I know these are far from stock, but I just ordered a pair of 1 7/8" rubber hole plugs on ebay. Shipped to my door was ~$14. I can post a picture when they get in if that interests you. I looked around quite a bit and all I could find were the ones from SOR:
