Interesting 40 to say the least. Whoever finds it will have fun at the DMV with 96 tags.

over 7 years its probibly not even in the system... no back fees... but make sure that you use that to negoiate the price... 4500 is a bit much for a 40 that will need at least 1500$ to make a driver... 2500 maybe...

I wondered the same thing about the tags.

Maybe they declared it non-op, so, no back fees.

Having seen it in person, I thought the price was high, too.
