yes i think so, and the 2 pieces are bolted together on top of the tank

Sounds like you are looking for the straps that are two pieces per side for a total of 4 pieces. I only have one side of those.

If that’s the case, I have a set.

1st one is two piece wider with felt.
The 2nd is just as wide but one piece with felt.
The 3rd & 4th are thinner one piece set with rubber shield.
