Putting an F engine back together (that I didn't take apart :)) and am having trouble getting the engine alligned correctly
I have 8 or 9 different motor mounts from early and 72+ cruisers but none of them seem to be the right combination
Does anyone have pics or can provide a description of all 4 motor mounts?

What's the problem? I've got a '71 F engine fully assembled in the garage. If you want I'll pull the mounts, label them and send them to you. PM me if you're interested.

Not quite sure where the problem is but the front of the engine is shifted about a half inch toward the drivers side. There is no frame damage and all new motor mounts - I would be suprised if the engine sat in there at an angle - but feel free to correct me if this is the case.

Thanks for the pics, I will try and lighted them up to get some more detail out of them

Actually the F engine is offset to the left side of the vehicle. I think it is about 1" or a little more.

    Hope this helps, Chris
