71 FJ 40 frame off - 1st complete rebuild

Hey. I'm new to Ih8MUD and also new to complete frame off FJ rebuilds. I bought my '71 FJ40 in NH, originally a CA truck so rust isn't bad for an FJ. I've got parts to do a disk brake conversion, power steering conversion and I also have a SB 350 with a Muncie 4-speed for it. Any thoughts/ problems I might run into changing the tranny to a manual? I'll post pics soon. Just POR-15ed the frame.
