Been looking all over the web for a window and seal for the rear hatch of my 1970 FJ40. So far, no luck. Wondering if anyone has some suggestions.

Rear window should be flat glass so a glass shop should be able to cut you out one. Before going to the glass shop have the seal in hand so he knows how much less or more he needs for the opening. If your window is still in place he can use it as a template.
By seal, do you mean the window channel (ie weatherstripping)? If so, a ‘70 rear window will take a two piece system like the one described here for the side windows:
