Ok, so if I turn a 6AT with the flex-plate how hard should it be if a tight motor? I couldn't hear any hissing like on a 2f but couldn't turn it by hand on the front pulley but could spin it fairly easily by pushing the flex plate with a block of wood.
I might bench-run this thing before I go to all the work of a swap. I saw it run a few months before I bought it and it didn't smoke but was unsure of how to test the compression seeing as I haven't obtained a compression tester for a diesel (and the glow plugs look tough to get to on this thing!)
