69 carburetor linkage

I have finally gotten to a point of getting this 69 cruiser running. I was hoping someone could help me with the linkage set up for throttle on floor and dash set up. This is what I was able to find in my bucket of parts. I just cannot figure out the best way to assemble. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've never seen those parts on a toyota carb. My 69 has seperate cable and linkage for hand throttle on dash, like the choke. Foot pedal is just single cable as well.

That’s what was on it when I took it apart. I’m sure someone got very creative when they bastardized this thing. I am installing a weber carb and kind of scratching my head figuring out how to hook these up.
