Okay so we are gonna shake things up and my son and I are finally gonna start turning this ‘62 Ducati that was my father in laws when he was young into a cafe racer! We’re working on ideas and we will start tear down soon as this will be a frame off job. We have a spare motor, frame and other parts just in case we need them. Gonna be FUN!!

Donor Ducati frame and motor. This motor turns over freely, but the other doesn’t. We may just use this frame as it’s already been cut on 45yrs ago and rob parts off the other. Still undecided until further inspection.

These are being sent to us from my wife’s uncle whom has been storing the bike for the last 40 years before we got it. I’m not sure if they actually go to the Ducati or not.

We’ve decided to go with Spring Green as the main color on the Ducati. I’m pretty excited as this is one of my favorite colors.

The spare motor is pulled! Hopefully between this one and the other motor on the bike we can have a working one.
