PM this guy. I found a thread were he just did it but no details. Just a bunch of his buddies harrassing him about it and putting a 5 speed in.

I think that the 60 looks waaaaayy better...(IMHO, don't hate) And yes, parts list would be great. But I think I remember sombody doing a complete blog of a conversion. I think the cruiser was red.
