60 Wheels + tires question (1 Viewer)

I posteedd my wheel + tires here on MUD for a cheaper price than CL + FB. Zero interest here, maybe due to shipping, while on Social Media ive rcvd no less than 25 messages. I hvnt been able to set up a meet as i need to 1st put on new setup.

Question: is $500 to cheap for these 15x12.5" wheels and 33x12.5 R15s WildPeak A/Ts with less than 1000 miles on em?

FTR i found the WildPeaks to have excellent traction....better than previous BFGs and rode great on HGWY....needed to change wheel size as they slightly rubbed TREs or i wldve kept 100%

Any input appreciated.

It is cheap. But that is not a good wheel. Way too wide!! Shouldn't have anything wider than 10" for that tire.

Yea...wide wheels and tires are usually lame to begin with, and especially so on a utilitarian land cruiser

I'll echo the other folks' sentiments. The tires by themselves have decent value. The wheels are what kill the deal for multiple reasons.

Thanks guys. Wheels came with rig when i bought it + never gave em much thought till i had this recent issue with the TREs. Decided to bite the bullet and get new wheels as my rig is getting a COMPLETE make over with Kelly in August. Was just curious.... Thanks

TBH, it's a good deal cause those wheels although hard to sell are worth $75 ea so you can recover a lot of money back.
