There is absolutely nothing in that photo that compromises operational security.

Moreover, the photo is nearly two decades old…
I'm not going to get into it with you on this forum but their faces are clearly shown and identifiable. Perhaps it no longer affects the security of the op but it certainly affects the security of the men in the photo. The age of the photo is irrelevant.

You made a snide (opsec) comment about the pic, but now you don’t want to discuss…

1. The photo was posted on an open source by one of the individuals in the photo. Unless you are in the photo, your opinion is irrelevant.

2. Just think, ‘if’ they were SEALS, they would each have a book and a movie.

3. Have a nice day and enjoy the photos.

The commands have cracked down on Seals writing books as
1. Most of the accounts are not entirely true. For example both books that came out about who actually killed bin laden don't credit the guy who shot him first and one was completely unauthorized.
2. They give away TTPs
3. They confirm/ deny involvement
4. Most have violated their NDAs as they have not gone thru proper channels for release.

I can discuss this ad nauseum but this isn't the right place to do it.

To keep this tech related, Having deployed to Yemen, Toyota owns something like 90% of the vehicle market. Nissan has the rest.

I didnt think there were Karens in the military for the most part.. Anyway, great pics @77CJ5 ....love seeing all the 60s in another country where they just dont seem to be a big deal because they are everywhere. Wish I could go car shopping over there and have them shipped back.

Clearly you've never served.

Clearly you've never served.
Your comments and your tag line (*uck your sensitivity) drip with irony. Look, keep the whining and attacks on Facebook. We just enjoy pics and info about Toyotas on here.....and please dont pull the "you havent served card".....we are not even playing cards on this site. Pic for attention :)

It's not about my sensitivity, it's about the safety of the families of folks in the pics. If you know what you're doing you can positively identify the guys and where they live. It's actually crazy how easily that can be done with a dedicated tech-savvy person and it's a real concern for the guys who deploy. This comes up all the time before we head out.

You want to enjoy Toyota pics, fine that's why we're all here. But at least do the minimum to protect the identities of those who are in it. I guarantee you they are neither aware nor did they consent to be publicly posted on there. So take your beta male attitude and sit down, this discussion had nothing to do with you initially.

Thanks for finally being considerate, now you may want to take down the one that identifies US servicemembers, instead of protecting Yemeni identities.

If you look at my avatar you may notice it was taken in Yemen and we lost a good guy there. I'm not sure why I expected you to know better, knowing that folks on here prefer getting likes more than safeguarding others' safety.
