March 85 FJ60- repainted gray in color will take $900 for the truck
it runs and drives fine, has some parts missing like door weatherstripping
and ignition and door locks.
Doors- nice shape, pretty much rust free except one small spot on one door
(forget which one!). Have been repainted in a pewter color, include windows
and mechanisms and decent door panels (brown/tan). $60 each
Tailgate- repainted same as doors. No rust through very little surface
evidence of rust. Top has good glass and wiper assembly. No push button
release. Bottom has decent chrome light holder assembly. $90 each for top
or bottom.
Front end parts- nice shape fenders good as is hood and grille. Complete
front end with light assemblies $150. Fenders $50 each, hood $50, grille
$20. Fenders have side marker lights, too.
Engine- 2F with 260K miles but starts great and runs strong and quiet.
Includes one year old brand new OEM carb (cost $780), power steering pump
(leaks), alternator, distributor, water pump and clutch fan, fuel pump and
lines, and all smog stuff. Also includes starter but it isn't a gear drive
model. Has a recent clutch, too and that goes with the engine. $600
Transmission and transfer case- same mileage as above- have some whine in
'em somewhere but the guy I bought the truck from drove it here from
Maryland trouble- free. Complete with shifters for both tranny and
transfer. $125 for both
Front axle complete. Brakes work fine. Has the good Aisin hubs, too. $200,
buy all the disc brake parts including axles and everything else needed for
disc brake conversions and leave me the third member and housing for $185
Rear third member this is a 3.70 ratio $50
Front driveshaft (no double cardan) $50 Rear driveshaft $20
Brown console good shape with intact beverage holder $25 Power steering
box $135
Tilt steering column complete nice shape has ig and combination switches
and nice wheel $35
Also have a brown 82 FJ60. Same as above starts and runs great but is
rusty. Frame is bad and most body panels have some rust. Would take $900
for the complete running truck. Drivetrain parts available:
2F engine mileage unknown. Starts great with choke and idles down quite
nicely. Sounds great and does not smoke. Complete with carb, alternator,
starter, water pump with fan clutch, air cleaner and all smog stuff. No
power steering pump. $600

Neither truck has good tires and wheels- what they have are good
enough to roll or tow the vehicle, nothing special. Lots of other good
parts, too- interiors are decent at least and dashboards and components are
fine. Both trucks have brown/tan interiors. If you need something for a 60
that isn't on the list , ask.
I also have some FJ40 and 55 parts. Have two vac shift 3 speed
transfer cases $100 each. Have a transfer case from a 73 3 speed truck, has
the mechanical shift assembly with it $250. Have a four speed transfer case
$200 and a 4 speed transmission and transfer assembly $275, complete with
shifter. Have an NV4500 5-speed trans (from a Dodge) that needs bearings.
No shifter, $350. A real nice blue tubular spare tire carrier from a 79
FJ40 with latch $50. A 50+ gallon fuel tank for an FJ55 I'll never use it
$100. There's also what appears to be a perfect empty four speed transfer
case, cleaned really nice with covers. No cracks $95. Have some 4.10 third
members, too- early models from 3 speed trucks $95, later models from 4
speed trucks $105. Have windshields for FJ55's at $50 each, FJ60
windshields $50 each, and lots of other glass for all models.
I'm located in northeast PA near both the Paragon and Rausch Creek
off road parks. I'll be at the Coal Miner Cruiser Classic next month in my
FJ55 and can deliver parts there or make arrangements to pick up at my
