We mocked up a tank using some of the measurements off another tank.

Turned out OK, only fixed 6 pinhole leaks, nothing getting better at welding would not cure.

does it have the internal baffles? use stock fuel float, pump, etc...?

edit - hmm...one of dem pieces of metal even says baffle... whoops! so is there only one or usually more? hehehe...

Thanks guys...

It performed well up until 1/4 of a tank then off camber stuff left the suction dry. Need to put a small bowl inside the tank I think to help this problem.

We will have to lengthen the stock fuel sender arm as it is far to short.

Two baffles running front to back, so of course it really does not help with fuel slosh, but they are great for strength.
